Privacy Policy

Raegan ("we," "us," or "our") operates raegan.ai and the Raegan AI personal assistant service. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Raegan is built for business owners who care where their data lives. We designed the product to be private and self-hosted.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to information collected through our website, waitlist, and customer support. When you use Raegan as a product, your business email, notes, and conversations are processed on your dedicated instance. That workload data is treated separately from website and billing data, as described below.
Information we collect
Waitlist and contact. If you join the early-access waitlist, we collect your email address and any optional fields you submit (such as business type or plan interest). If you email us at hello@raegan.ai, we keep the correspondence needed to respond.
Website usage. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Product data (when you are a customer). Raegan connects to tools you authorize (such as Gmail, Calendar, and messaging apps) to do the work you delegate. That content stays on your private Raegan instance. We do not sell it, use it to train general-purpose models for other customers, or share it with advertisers.
How we use information
- Operate the waitlist and notify you about early access and product updates
- Respond to support requests and improve onboarding
- Run, secure, and maintain the website and service infrastructure
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service
Self-hosted by design
Raegan is built on Hermes, an open-source autonomous agent. Each customer runs on a dedicated environment. Your instance is not commingled with other customers' business data. You can request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Service providers
We use trusted vendors to run the business, including hosting (Netlify), form processing (Netlify Forms), email delivery, and infrastructure for your Raegan instance. AI model providers may process prompts and content only as needed to perform tasks you request. We require providers to protect data and use it only to provide services to us.
Retention
Waitlist entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Support emails are retained as long as needed for the conversation and our records. Product data retention follows your agreement with us and your export or deletion requests.
Your choices
- Waitlist: email hello@raegan.ai to update or delete your signup
- Product data: request export or deletion through support
- Integrations: revoke Raegan's access in Google Workspace or other connected apps at any time
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection). Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If you believe your account or data has been compromised, contact us promptly.
Children
Raegan is a business product. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
International users
If you access our site or service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or where our providers operate. By using Raegan, you consent to that transfer where permitted by law.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product and laws evolve. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Material changes for active customers will be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
